Using the Edit Drop Down

The Edit drop down is a list of tools designed for copying, pasting, clearing, selecting, finding/replacing and spell checking your data.

Description of each Tool.

1. Cut – Cut data from a field.
2. Copy – Copy data from a field.
3. Paste – Paste data in a field.
4. Select All – Select all data in a field.
5. Find/Replace – Find for a value in all fields and replace them with other data.
6. Spelling – Spell check your text.
