Using the Wine List Interface
The Wine List Tab is the main area that you will use to view and search your wine list. It is a place for you to find and sort your wine list into groups. An example of this is to make a list of all wines you wish to serve for a party.
To do so…
1. Select the "Show All" button to display all of your wines.
2. Once all wines are shown begin by selecting the "Check Box" to the left of the screen next to each wine you wish to serve.
3. Once you have selected all the wines for the party, select the "Find" button. Once in the find mode mark the "Check Box" again and select the "Continue" button on the left.hand side of the screen.
4. Now, all the wines that you have marked are shown as a "Found" set. This found set may be sorted by any of the columns with a "Bullet" next to the header, or by doing a custom sort, by selecting the "Records" option in the top tool bar and selecting the "Sort" option in the drop down.
5. The final step would be to choose and print a report that best fits your needs.

Understanding the Wine List Columns
The Wine List Tab consists of 15 columns. Each column with the exception of the “Link” (The round button with the arrow in it located on the left hand side of a wine records) column can be sorted by clicking the gray dot next to the column title. When the dot next to the column title is red, that means that the list is sorted by that column. See Sorting Your Wine Records.
Column 1: Check Box – Allows you to check or “Flag” wine records for various reasons. One reason might be to define a wine list of just five wines out of your vast collection.

Column 3: Winery Name – The name of the winery.
Column 4: Vintage – The vintage of the wine.
