2. Select the Varietal. (If not already input.)
3. The appropriate glass, serving temperature and food pairing categories will be displayed for you automatically.
3. To add to the food list, check the box directly below the food category that you enjoyed with the wine.
4. Add any comments about food experiences in the "What foods tasted great with this wine?" section at the bottom.
