Creating a Wine Party Tasting List Form

Running this report:

1. Click the "Run Report" button to the right of the report definition.

2. Choose whether you would like to add a title and footer to the report. If yes add title and footer and click the “Continue” button.

3. Once the report is displayed you my print the report by going to File/Print.
4. To exit the report and return the reports menu click the “Continue” button to the left of the report.
