Running a Cellar Summary Report

Printable report based on either the current found set or total inventory
of your wine list. This report is customizable.

Running this report:
1. Click the "Run Report" button to the right of the report definition.

2. Choose whether you would like to build the report for “All” of your collection or just the items in the “Current” found set. (Note: Choosing “All” will include every wine record in your wine database while choosing “Current” will include only those wine records that are currently displayed in your Wine List.



3. Choose the field you would like to summarize the report by and click the “Continue” button. (Example: Summarizing by varietal will group all same varietals together and sort them by the varietal name.)





4. Choose what field contents will be displayed for each column of the report. To make a selection for a column click on the column title for each column down the row and choose from the drop down list to make your selection. Once you have made your choices click the “Continue” button.




5. Once the report is displayed you may print the report by going to File/Print.
6. To exit the report and return the reports menu click the “Continue” button to the left of the report.
