Using the View Drop Down

The View drop down is a list of tools designed for viewing your data.

Description of each Tool.

1. Browse Mode – Mode in which you are able to enter your data.
2. Find Mode – Mode in which you are able to enter your a search request.
3. Preview Mode – Mode in which you are able to view how a layout will print.
4. View as Form – View that shows only one record at a time in the screen.
5. View as List – View that shows a list of records at the same time in the screen.
6. View as Table – View that shows an Excel style spread sheet of the data fields on a particular screen.
7. Status Area – Shows or hides the left status bar on the screen.
8. Text Ruler – Turns on an off the a text ruler.
9. Zoom In – Zooms in on the interface.
10. Zoom Out – Zooms out of the interface.
